My father have done bypass cornary heart  surgery in 2011 Now My father lose his vision He wants to go eye surgery Can heart patient can go for eye surgery If it is ok Which precautions should take for that

Yes he can.  Please get a fitness certificate from cardiologist. Your cardiologist may advise to stop certain medications prior to surgery.

Yes.He has to stop clopidogril for few days before surgery and has to get fitness certificate. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Absolutely can go for cataract surgery. Three things to keep in mind:- Cardiac fitness Stopping clopidogrel 5 days before surgery Doing the surgery under Cardiac Monitoring (by Anaesthesist)
