Yes he can. Please get a fitness certificate from cardiologist. Your cardiologist may advise to stop certain medications prior to surgery.

Yes.He has to stop clopidogril for few days before surgery and has to get fitness certificate. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Absolutely can go for cataract surgery.
Three things to keep in mind:-
Cardiac fitness
Stopping clopidogrel 5 days before surgery
Doing the surgery under Cardiac Monitoring (by Anaesthesist)
