I don't know how much power you are using but you should have some basic knowledge before undergoing LASIK or Smile surgery, I don't want to go into details of surgery, you should know that those who are not using glasses (zero  power)will have to use reading glasses after 40 yrs changing every two years till  cataract surgery in old age. At present you are 32 yrs old ,therefore you will be without glasses only for 8 yrs. Another advantage of myopia,if your power is around -4.0D,you will never require reading glasses in life after 40 yrs. Please take 2nd opinion before undergoing retractive surgery at this age.

hello lasik is very good option to get rid of glasses Doctor will perform few tests (Schirmer test, Pentacam and Fundus examination) and if all tests are normal then you can go for lasik surgery without fear. Success rate of LASIK is over 96%.

Well you will have to consult a cornea/refractive surgeon to assess your eligibility for the surgery. A few tests will be performed on ur cornea and if they are alright, surgery can be planned. Also, ur glass power should have been stable for a year at least
