Snellen chart reading is final , auto refractometer  reading is not final ,it's reading always has minor error ,it is just time saving device .

Dont worry, a refractive error of -0.25 should not stop u from reading 6/6 on the snellens chart. It is a very mild refractive error and whether u will be prescribed glasses is subjective and depends a lot on the testing conditions.

If ophthalmologist gave you report of 6/6 vision, then don't worry just appear for your exams.
