Eye sight, laptop work, glasses
I use laptop for almost 10 hrs day due to work, should i wear glases, rite now i dnt have any eye prblm , but i think in long run it may affect my eyes , so wt typ of glasses should i wear

If your vision is ok .You need not to use any glasses. But offcourse you are liable to develop computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily.
Next Steps
Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every after every 20 minutes and wash your eyes with freshwater frequently. Don't sit facing towards a/c or blowers .Keep proper distance between eyes and screen.
