Eye scratched
I somehow scratched my eye putting on my mascara yesterday morning and now it is irritated burning watering and I can't even really keep my eye open. Liggt is irritating to it and vision is blurred.

This could be due to mild corneal epithelial abrasion
Try
A. Cold compresses
B. Use goggles
C. Use lubricating eyedrop frequently like carboxymethylcellulose
D. Prophylactic antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 4 times daily may be used

Its sounds like there might be a superficial abrasion. You can start antibiotic eye drops for that eye however it is highly advisable to see an ophthalmologist to rule out the presence of any retained foreign bodies from the mascara.
