Eye redness, pain and swollen up

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I head about Glaucoma, so I doubt she is facing same problem, her mother also had same problem and was later operated and now left with a mark. She suffered from this problem before 2 years, and suddenly after 2 years she is having this problem again. She is scared to get such marks, so what should she do to get rid of this problem without any operation.
