Eye redness and pain

I was watching TV yesterday and suddenly tear started coming out following that redness and pain in the right eyes. Now I am not able to see laptop monitor or TV. Whenever watching tears comes out with pain also eye muscles seems to be very tight

your muscles of eyes have gone fatigue. take some rest,use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily and also take some anti inflammatory tab.
