Is there any discharge?
Is there any pain ?
Is there any watering?
Fever ? Itching of eye ? Pricking sensation?
Is there matting of eyelids ??
Was there any previous similar history?
Was there any history of insect bite ?
Is there any pus point?
According to picture it is suggestive of external hordeolum
Causes
Could be due to infection of eyelid glands
Extreme Weather change
Dust exposure
Consistent irritation to eyes
Pus collection can be present
Associated with pain and discharge
Treatment
Hot fomentation with clean cotton cloth
Maintain lid hygiene
Eye ointment ocupol
Eye drops Moxifloxacin one drop four times a day
Tablet augmentin twice a day morning evening
Next Steps
If swelling doesn't improve and pus collection increases epilation might be necessary

Do some hot fomentation
Tab cetrizine 10mg one daily for 5 days.
Tab voveran 50mg every 8 hours for 3 days, after meals.
Apply Bacitracin ointment over the swelling 2 to 3 times daily.
It should subside with above treatment, otherwise next option is to get it excised in a hospital.
Stye.
Hot fomentation with boric powder in hot to warm water.
Vit A one per day for 6 days.
Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for 3 days.. montek lc one at night for 3to5 days.
It could be due to external/internal style or dacryocystitis . Ideally you should consult a opthalmologist for definite management.Forr temporary relief you can apply warm water compress.
