Hello It looks like lid infection Try A.warm Compresses B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins C. Take systemic antibiotic like ciprofloxacin 500twice daily... Eyedrop ciplox will not help It may take another 3-4days for recovery Make sure you are not allergic to any medicine
