Eye problem
I've been experiencing redness in one eye since the last week. The redness starts from the cornea and radiates towards the caruncle. I feel it is because of the use of mobile. How can I get rid of this problem. My eyesight power is 2.50

please do hot foamentation and put lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop. follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. avoid use of mobile for fun etc.wash your eyes with fresh and clean water fequently.
