Doctor, for such a small power you have undergone lasik. this much error is expected, nothing to worry. As you are spectacle free which was the purpose of undergoing lasik. This result is fine. Nothing to be done.

Usually an improvement of 6/9 or6/6partial is also considered satisfactory. But if you enjoy 6/6 vision and have .25 number then it can be easily ignored, till there are no symptoms.

0.25 is a very insignificant number. You can manage your routine activities very comfortably even if you don't use it. You need not worry about it at all.

Good Afternoon. It is alright to have such a small number, even after lasik. You don’t need to use glasses for it. As long as you have 6/6 vision Nothing is to be done.
Next Steps
Continue using artificial tears to prevent dry eye.
