  4. Eye problem. Wearing specs all the time.

Hello doctor, I use to wore a specs with lens power and power my my lens in .5 and .75 and i use to wore all time and suddelny today i am facing headache and my eys are not relexed and as so i took a eye wash with cold water but there is no issue with my visibility because everything is clearly visible after wearing the lens so please suggest why i am facing eye problem after wearing specs all the time.

Headache is multi factorial and you can not just blame glasses for every episode of headache! It could be fatigue/start of flu/lack of sleep/anxiety etc.
