Always complain flies are flying in front of eyes.and asks to beat those flies.always clapping to beat those flies.as such he keeps his eyes closed.once cataract surgery has been done.is something wrong with vision

Some more details like age of the patient and positive medical history are required. These are called floaters. There are many reasons for it. It can be age related also. A complete retina examination is required.
