One of my eyes have high eye pressure which is now under control by the medication prescribed by eye Dr but now I want to know the cause of this high eye pressure and what test are required to diagnose the root cause of this high eye pressure

You need a detailed examination for glaucoma by an ophthalmologist to determine the extent of yhe disease.
You need to get certain tests done like perimetry, OCT, Pachymetry, Gonioscopy to manage better
