Do the lens maker convert the positive cylinder value to negative cylinder?Should the customer convert the positive CYL to negative when ordering eyeglasses online?Will it make any change if postive cyl is not converted to negative while ordering glasses online though the end result is same?

General rule is negative cylinders are more comfortable than plus cylinders ..
