Usually the power stabilises by 18 to 23 years, and during this age any change in power which is 0.25 to 0.5 is normal, but since you have crossed 25 it is better that you go for a consultation to rule out keratoconus. You are highly unlikely to have cataract(motiyabind)  at this age unless you have had serious injury to your eyes or having any systemic diseases like diabetes.
Next Steps
better to go for a consultation

Eye numbers usually stabilize between the age of 18-21. If your power is increasing at the age of 26, you might be suffering from some pathological condition of the eye like keratoconus. You need to consult an Ophthalmologist immediately for the same.
Next Steps
Consult an Ophthalmologist immediately.

Hi...you will have to share..what is the number and what is the increase you are facing to understand if there is actual increase in number. Some variation in number may happen, but for most of the people it gets stabalized . If it is very high number ..better get it checked with a doctor to advise further ..
