Eye pain, redness
Following symptoms observed since 2 months, Eye pain when touching, Pain increases on use of laptop or phone, Forehead pain, Head ache like congestion, Itchiness of eyes sometimes, Water does not come out from eyes, Eye redness, Pain between eyes Request to diagnose. Thanks.

As per your description it seems to be dry eye or cvs ,need to get some more information and a photography of eye ,avoid extra time in laptop ,blink regularly .adequate water intake and splashing and working in medium contrast and a few medication is needed .

Seems like computer vision syndrome. Do conscious blinking while working on computer. Take break after 20 min for 20 seconds. Use some lubricant eye drops. If still problem persists then show to eye doctor. Regards Dr neeraj sanduja

Hello, Your having dry eyes and eye strain due to excessive screen use. You should start using lubricant eyedrops available over the counter. ( Justears, ontears,lubrex etc) Taking breaks every half an hour, using ice packs , washing eyes twice or thrice a day with cool water.
