Eye pain due to mobile use in the dark

I was using mobile at night in the dark. Now I am having pain in my eyes. Is it due to eye strain ? How to reduce pain? Is it happening due to eye sight weak or eye strain?

Its always advisable to keep the brightess of your screen to minimum.Along with that you also need to take breaks every 20min to relax your eye muscles which is tired of accomodation when you see near object.Blinking rate also reduces while screen exposure which can lead to dryness and eye strain.your problem seems to be because of eye strain.eye sight weakness doesnt lead to pain.Still advisable to visit a doctor and get a complete eye examination done once a year.

Pl reduce the screen time.pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day. Pl do not use mobile in the night. use it in bright light.
