Could be eyestrain due to digital devices. Nevertheless refractive error cannot be ruled out, as you've not got any eye test done. Few lifestyle modification may help - like While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. Can use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day for a month. To consult sos/local ophthalmologist if symptoms persist or worsen.
