May be left eye is mote mature and needs immediate surgery. The other can be dine afterwards. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
One harsh reality of life is, cataract develops in all eyes and all eyes eventually will require cataract surgery.
Get left eye cataract surgery done for now and you can wait for right eye cataract surgery.
Get an online consultation done with reports for better understanding.
Cataract must be there in both the eyes, but probably it is more advanced in left eye, and hence he is more symptomatic in left eye. Rest assured, both eyes will not be operated on the Same day. You can get left eye operated first, and then after a week or two, u can plan right eye surgery.
