I would like to know what has happened to my eye. It seems like there is a blood under the Subconjunctival region. Please check screenshot for pic and advise medicine

Please do cold compresses with ice and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin

Exactly if not associated with any trauma,will heal itself in a week. Meanwhile do cold compression,that will help
