Past one hr mom can't open her eyes... she is feeling severe itching.. cleaned distilled water still pain nd itching there... wat should be done

Wash closed eyes with cold (not chilled) water & give a common cold tablet. If there is improvement within one hour, it is okay. Otherwise, go for a complete eye evaluation.
