From last 1 week I am feeling itching in both eyes and also it's dry... All eye clinics nearby are closed today. May I use any eye drops for instant relief?

acupat eye drops  twice daily + genteal eye drops 4-5 times .

use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop.
