Eye is getting hot
Hello i am a software engineer so i have a lot of work with computer... When i work on longer times i forget to blink,as a consequence my eye is getting so hot... Can it increase my sight..(btw i have sight problem)? And very frequently i wash my eyes directly with water...is it bad for eyes

Hi..... Artificial tears may be all you need to control mild dry eye symptoms. Some people need to put drops in several times a day, and some use them only once a day..... Apply a warm washcloth to your eyes. Wet a clean cloth with warm water. Hold the cloth over your eyes for five minutes.... Consult ophthalmologist....
