Eye drops and routine

Hi I work as a software engineer, need to stay most of the time on computer either to work or study. I have sight of -5 for both eyes. Lasik isn't suitable for me. Suggest me some eye drops and usage so that I can maintain my vision. Regards, Qutubuddin
