Dear sir sitting infront of computer for long time can lead to eye irritation n thus leading to redness, pain in eyes. This is because starring at system you forget to blink eyes and tear layer dries off and another tear layer is evenly spread across eyes by blinking process n thus tears(which is the protective layer to eye n that which prevents dryness of eyes) is not spread properly if we don't blink and so eyes become dry and pain occurs. Even due to constant seeing of monitors, there is eye strain. Treatment for this includes regular blinking to eyes, artificial tear drops(carboxymethylcellulose) can be used, keeping cucumber or potato slice over eyelids in night before sleeping. Ear pain could be because of wax, ear infection, ear strain because of using cell phones or ear phones for long time. I would recommend you to keep your ears clean, avoid listening to music in loud sound and speaking more over cell phones( you can use it in loudspeaker) It's better you consult Ent specialist. Once cause is found then depending on it u can use ear drops.
