Eye irritation and redness

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I'm having eye irritation and redness since last few days. Occasionally it pricks and vision blurs. Attached is a pic of my eye as of now. I'm not in India for another 3weeks so unable to visit a doctor in person. The weather is very dry and cold at the city I'm in now plus I seem to have a cold as well. So wondering if that could be the reason. I did try some home remedies like cold compress but it doesn't seem to help. I had put up this question earlier but unable to reply to the response I got from thr Dr. Hence repeating the question! Appreciate the help and thanks very much!

you are having conjuntivitis it may be allergic or infective. please let us know whether there is any discharge watering and swelling also. please share a close-up pic of your eyes along with above information again. then only a proper advice can be given.
