After taking bath my eyes are becoming red and very often I'm getting irritation in my eyes. While working on the laptop my eyes are paining and it's becoming dry.
Can you please suggest.

Hello
Prolonged working on laptop/TV/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include
a. Headaches
b blurred vision
c. Neck pain
d redness in the eyes
e. Eye strain
f dry eyes
sometimes watery eyes
these symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions.
Measures to reduce this include
1. Work under proper light.
2. Blink a lot.
3. Cold compresses
4. Use good lubricating eyedrop

.After taking bath redness is not uncommon due to use of shampoo & bathing shop but hardly persist for half an hour .Dryness (computer vision syndrome)due to overuse of smartphone ,computer & watching TV for long duration without break is very common these days, you can use some lubricating eye drops 4-5 times a day (Refresh liquigel).
Make sure that your eyes are closed while shampoo bathe and soap also should not enter your eyes.
It looks like you are suffering by computer vision syndrom.
Use some eye lubricants....artificial tears and visit eye docyor
