Your symptoms are suggestive of chalazion
Treatment
A medical management includes warm compresses followed by lid massage with index finger tightly from up to down followed by application of aziyhromycin ointment over lid margins
B intralesional Kenacort injection
C incision and curettage is an option
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better

This is known as a Chalazion. It can be removed by minor surgery from the inside of the eyelid without leaving any scar, by an eye surgeon. Maskatieyeclinic Opposite Charni road station east, Mumbai
