Small metal particle went inside eye
While doing some drilling work at home,some very small particles of metal went inside my eye.
I thoroughly washed my eye with water and gulab jal.
I have checked my eye myself and currently there is no particle in my eye but my eye is burning and itching and it is feeling like something is stuck in my eye.redness in eye is also there.
Please suggest some medicine and drops.
