It's most likely allergic conjunctivitis. You need to visit an Ophthalmologist for detailed examination. However, for now online consultation will do. If your child is not allowing you to put drops we can try with ointment which you can put before he sleeps.
Next Steps
take an online consult
Health Tips
Avoid rubbing eyes as it will further aggravate symptoms.

Madam where are you located? We are consulting in person,so if you are in Bengaluru please find it convenient to come to our centre. It is not advisable to put drops for such a young child without knowing what the problem is.
Next Steps
if you are in another city with no access to eye specialist please intiate an online consultation. I will see and then advise.

It's allergic conjunctivitis. Ice fomentation can help relieve itching to some extent. However antiallergic drops like Olopat eye drop twice a day is needed to cure it.
