Hi there...eye infection usually resolve on their own after sometime. But it is always better to consult a ophthalmologist for opinion. Because eye infection could be due to bacterial or viral or allergic causes. And also of neglected can lead to keratitis, uveitis in rare cases. At home maintain good eye hygiene, give cold compresses. And kindly consult a ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
