I have a infection in my both eyes. Its like a pimple inside. Its so horrible pain. Frequently tears are coming. Please suggest whats happening

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of external hordeolum Try A. Warm compresses B. Use antibiotic ointment locally over lid margins C. Take systemic antibiotic like ciprofloxacin twice daily for 5 days This is provisional diagnosis.. Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better
