I have suffer from eye floaters since 8 years plz tell me about best treatment

usually they are nonpathological .hence there is no treatment. when there is some underlying cause then only the treatment of cause is possible.

Floaters appear due to condensation of collagen fibrils present in the vitreous cavity of eye
These are benign and don't need treatment
Only way to get rid of them is to avoid them
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local retina specialist and get retina examined

You have to learn to ignore the floaters. The more you concentrate on them the more they will bother you. Once the eye surgeon has done a thorough retinal exam with dilated pupils and pronounced you normal, relax and don’t worry about them. One day.
