A few floaters seen occasionally is not a problem . Occurs due to the separation of gel ( vitreous ) like substance in the eye from the walls of the eye which occurs normally in some patients with age. So nothing to worry about. Gradually your brain will get used to it. Follow the medicines advised. This cannot be corrected by diet or exercise. However if you see a shower of floaters at once or there is sudden onset worsening , flashes of light please consult an eye doctor immediately

U cannot get rid of it.... By diet or exercise....  But slowly ur brain will get used to it.  If u see more floaters then it's a issue of concern.... And u should immediately see a doctor for any flashes and increased number of floaters.   Continue the same medication.

The doctor has give you the right advice. I hope the periphery of retina was also checked. If that is also normal, then just forget about it.
