Dr, is eye floaters are treatable? I'm disturbing with few eye floaters including tiny black dot in the left eye but right eye is completely alright. Recently I got - 0.5 sight in left eye. Please advice.

See spectacles have nothing to do with floaters. Floaters are the shadow of debris in vitreous. Take healthy food and forget about it
