She can not face air, sun light and electricity city light. She consulted so many doctors but result did not come positive for long period. Eye sight is 6/6. Doctors suggested eye gel tear forming drop etc but these result is temporary. Is this problem permanent?

Usually dryness is a long term problem. There needs to be a thorough ophthalmic and systemic evaluation to know the cause of dry eye. If topical medications are not helping, systemic medications or punctal plugging can be done.

We need to rule out she doesnt have any corneal condition, any minimal lens opacity or a condition called Albinism ...
If all these not there , then we cant do much about it. I have seen very few patients like this who are extremely sensitive to light without any findings ..
She may use Polaroid glasses with ARC coating at least in sun light. Give all vitamin supplements under doctors supervision and lubricating drops .
