I've been having mild redishness in the eye and constant discharge from the eye for the last two days. Eyes get blocked due to discharge at early morning..

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of conjunctivitis Try A.cold compresses B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times along with lubricating eyedrop frequently Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
