My mother lossing her eye vision due to diabetic and blood in the eyes she has gone through laser 4 times but no benefit

Laser is not curative but palliative treatment ,to preserve remaining vision you will have to control diabetes either with medicine or insulin strictly otherwise she is going to loose remaining vision, laser is not going to save her from blindness.
