Eye conjuntivitis
My eye is red and some swelling. Some time itching is also there. I had this symtoms since yesterday.
Symtomps are more of a eye conjuntivitis. Please advice medication so that infection can be prevented and cured early.

A. Cold compresses
B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times along with lubricating eyedrop frequently
C. Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used in severe cases
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better
