First of all it is not due to Vitamin A deficiency. Moreover, extra Vitamin A causes toxicity in body which has several side effects. So rather than going for vitamin A supplementation it is good to take vitamin A from natural resources until diagnosed as vitamin A deficiency. Avoid allergen or any other cosmetic allergen. Only mandatory work over screen. Wash twice in a day. Cold compresses. Avoid direct air contact. While using screen don’t forget to blink, keep inclined angle between eyes and screen, Take 20 seconds rest after 20 minutes work over screen by seeing as far as possible at your working place.
Next Steps
Olopatadine 0.1% twice aday for two weeks Refresh tears three times a day for two weeks
Health Tips
Figure out the allergen and stay away from it as it is the most effect treatment for an allergic reaction
