Eye Bags Under Eye large

I have started noticing a eye bags under my eyes now a days . Quite visible and soft to touch . I am a heavy mobile user and laptop.. sometimes I watch mobile in the night on reading mode . Could this be a reason ? Is there a medicine or cream I can use to get rid of the under eye bags puffiness ? And what kind of reading or computer glasses are suggested . My Vision is normal no power Thanks

Hi Eye bags could be due to BP/ kidney issue or may be constitutional too...meaning the structure of eye for a particular person. Mostly it is due to fat bulging, at your age and can be easily dealt with a surgical procedure. Maintaining lifestyle as in good sleep, nutrition, less screen time , using under eye creams may help some ..but definitive treatment is surgical only.
