Eye and Thyroid Problem

I go to the doctor for eyes check up because I suffer from mild headache and dizzyness for about 3 days. My doctor told me first to have thyroid check up. The result is T3 0.960 T4 9.880 Tsh 1.581 May I know the meaning of this?
