EYE AND LIGHT
Is there any relation of lumens (brightness of light) and eye with glass. If any then how calculate the proper lumens for eyes. What should be a proper lumen adaptability for normal eyes. Please light the abovementioned .THANKS.

There is no correlation between the brightness of light one is exposed to and the glasses number. Two things are not related. Very bright light can lead to strain on the eyes though, to avoid this it's advisable to use sunglasses while outside in the sunlight. While indoor, it's better to have lights focused on the objects than your eyes. Hope this helps.
