Extremely dry skin specially face area

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi doc My skin is extremely dry even in summer. I use cetaphil cleanser alternate days and use Dove soap on rest of the body. As soon as i dry my skin, it gets extremely dry. I can feel the stretching feeling on my face specially. Kindly help me with a face wash, face cream or lotion which i can use for this problem. Also, i'll be using these medications for almost lifelong so , if possible, suggest me a pocket friendly product.
