Extremely dry skin of hands
I am having extremely dry skin on hands,which is visibily red in colour and rough to touch.
The skin gets extremely dry on palms and top of the hands extending till wrist.
No itching is present but sometimes skin stings too much and becomes painful when applying any cream.
Been to a dermatologist but nothing has improved even on using topical steroids and taking steroids.
Please suggest something
