  4. Extremely dry skin. Please guide!

Extremely dry skin
I have really very very dry skin.. Due to which all my hands (palms) and legs (feet) have become extremely rough, dry and the skin has also started cracking... I am using two creams (1) ELA cream. (2) Clotrinem - BN Still no effect.. Please guide
