Extreme weakness during and after period
Dear doctors, I have moderate to heavy bleeding on the 2nd and 3rd day of periods. My periods lasts for around 4 days. During the heavy bleeding time and after the period ends, I feel extreme weakness. Don't feel like even getting up from bed, and doing daily activities. Always feel sleepy and tired
Please help.
