I cannot tolerate the side effects of, and have tolerance to:
-Sedating Antihistamines,
-Sedating Antidepressants,
-Atypical Antipsychotics
-Typical antipsychotics.
-Melatonin
I have excellent sleep hygiene, I've done Therapy, I just need something that WORKS for me.
Could you list hypnotics in order of strongest, to weakest?
