Extreme pain at this area.
Hi, it started with less pain and overnight it has become extreme. This area between under the lateral end of the tongue has become a bit inflamed with white patches and extreme pain. Opening mouth and chewing, talking is difficult. What is this area called?

It looks like an ulcer. Avoid spicy foods. Use Dologel CT ointment at that area. And Tab. Beplex forte daily one for a week. Take an appointment with your nearby ent specialist for examination
